Colby Jack was left in the parking lot of a shelter with severe mange and a skin infection during a raging storm. He was so miserable the first three days in foster care that he didn't move. Fast forward two months later and Mr. Colby has a bright shiny coat and a spunky playful personality. He's gained confidence and his goofy personality is shining through. He wants to please his people, so patience and love will go a long way.
